COVID 19 PROCEDURES

CAR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

We are now fully open again but adapting to Government guidelines we are asking that all customer who want to bring their cars to us themselves please call us for a a allotted time on 01332 864394. We are asking all of our customers to adhere to social distancing guidelines (we are still operating on the 2 meter guideline) also wear a face covering at all times. We also ask that no one enter the premises until told to do so by a member of staff .

On Arrival  please make us aware you are here by phone call or door bell and wait by your car until a member of staff can assist you. We will then antibacterial clean the inside main surfaces before we enter the car and adequate PPE will be worn at all times.

On Collection  Again make us aware you are by phone call or doorbell and wait for assistance a member of staff will then guide you to our payment point when safe to do so,  Your car will be left in a safe area for collection being antibacterial inside cleaned before hand.

CAR SALES

For our car sales we are operating on a appointment only basis and ask that all of our customers call us on 01332 864394 to make an appointment. Once a appointment is made we will have the car ready for viewing in a safe area to do so and will be antibacterial cleaned before your arrival.

On arrival please make us aware you are here by phone call or doorbell and await assistance by a member of staff. You will then be guided to the car you want to view when safe to do so. when viewing the car  you must make sure face coverings are worn at all times and if customer does have gloves please wear them when possible. We will only let to two people view the car at any one time so please do not turn up in a group.

Once you have viewed the car and happy to purchase the car you you will then be guided to our payment point when safe to do so.

On collection of car (Handover)  again let us know you are here then you will be guided by a member of staff to our  payment point then the car you have purchased will be waiting for you in a safe area cleaned and ready for you to drive away.
